A young lady age 30 not consive child on consult to gyneclogist Follicular Study says premature follicals rapture so not consive baby .. plz give ur valuable thoughts
shodhna will be good. as i take it as vata prakop.utar basti or yoni pichhu of phala ghrit or dashmoola ghrit will be better. u can try matra basti too. start phala ghrita in shaman doses. and lots of yoga s all have suggested. personally i feel pushpadhanwa with dashmoola u can start with.
what is the general condition of the body of the pt.? it may be the either rasa vaha or shukra vaha srot dusti if rasa vaha go for after depana pachana go for pippali yava kullatah shunthi dadima amalaki mamsarasa or kadali phala
if shukra vaha go for tikhta $madhura rasa dravya after sodhhana
"vaayusatantrayantradhar: pranodansamaan....." (charak / sutra / 12/8) so 'karta garbhakrutinaam' is karya of vaat dosha. in this concived garbha should not be taken alone. shukrabeej and stri-beej can be also considered.
so premature foolical rupture is due to vaat dushti.
take proper history again by ayurvd way. decide dosha, doshanubandhatva.
suggestion for treatment will be -
1)phal ghrut 2)pushpadhanva ras 3)laghumalini vasant 4)putrajeevak 5)amalaki + vacha + bala 6)kamal churna + dhataki churna 7)vang bhasma 8)trivang bhasma 9)shatavari + guduchisatva 10)dashmoolarishta 11)bhrungaraajasav 12)shukrashodhan gan 13)shukrajanan gan 14)sitopaladi churna ( for prakrut kaphanirmiti. kapha is reason for samyog)
PUTRAJIVAK GIRI 1.100GM+SHIVLINGI BEEZ 100GM DIVIDED INTO 60 DOSES 1 EACH DOSE BEFORE MEALS WITH COWS MILK 2.STRIRASAYANA VATI(DIVYA PHARMACY HARDWAR)2 b.d with water 3 .fal ghrit itsf b.d with milk 4.pranayam esp kapalbhanti and anulom vilom minimum for 45 minutes i think this will give positive results
