OSTEOPENIA

Respected panel members,

This time i hv a case with following details:
female,60 yrs
c/o pain and swelling in right wrist joint
no H/o any injury or so.
H/o fatty liver in past
Presently taking allopathic treatment for thyroid,also took allopathic medication for above complaint.
She has been diagnosed OSTEOPENIA

I started her with foll:
Tab.Reosto(himalya)1 BD &
Vishtinduk vati 1 BD with Kokilaksha kashaya
Ashwagandha & shatawari pdr.with milk BD
Hinghwastak ch.at bed time with warm water
Ksheerbala tailam for local massage

After taking the same she started complaining of anorexia.why is it so?
A senior of mine said its bcz of vishtinduk vati .stop it or start a liver tonic.
I stopped vishtinduk vati n started her with Ekangveer rasand along with hingwashtak i added lavanbhaskar.
Its been 5 days since she started with the treatment.til nw she has no relief.

Am i going right.shud i make some changes in the same.plz guide me.
