    meditation and faith in divinity is best way to prevent depression. i usually advise my patients never sit alone be in regular company, never expect any thing from any body and unfulfilled expectation is base of depression and and donot be afraid of any thing, what can be the worst,don't worry you can face it. with these amongst medicines i use yogini ashwagandha cap bravabol and offer dhara with bala tail

    hello, very true . we have the best of the solutions in ayurveda for manovikar. my senior friend always tell me rupali ,next 10 yrs are exclusively belongs to pcychological disorders.....so it is the time when we should properly classify the disorders and the treatment protocol on basis of ayurvedic theroy and medicine, dr.meenakshi , may be we should take the next topic manovikar and managment protocol ...wht say, thnks for posting this topic, regards

In fact it is our mental status which behave differently at different time to deal with the same problem. I m siting a personal example- whenever i visit Lucknow officially or personally my friend receives me. If train is late ( it happens rarely in case of Lucknow mail) he never complaint neither became restless. He goes to his car tilt the seat relax and read news paper or any other book calmly. But whenever he comes to Delhi and train start showing sign of being late he shows lot of ?????,restlessness and stress, start calling me every 5 minutes. What is this- The same person behave differently for same type of situation- ????     sir, In todays world there is ?????? COMPE -TENSION.. everywhere. every one are getting affected with it. ...teenagers,kids,adults,relations everywhere .. we have to encourage and motivate kids&adults in a positive mannerwhich works wonderfully, healthy competition is always appreciated..but in todays world even a small 1st graderstarts comparing with others for everything which actually starts from home...if parents never act like tht they don't even bother abt such things.as they grow those kind of feelings also grow with them,and turn into so many manovikaraas&pshyciatric bills. so good parents are grt role models. learning starts from home. when we were lil we used to read Bhagavadgeeta,sloka and all...even todays generation x kids needed such shikshana,beleif in god,respecting elders, respecting self,healthy,positive way of thinking from child hood,ambitious, cultural respect..if a family is following kid will also.spending quality family time together in social service really helps. when i was working as an ICU COORDINATOR&counseller in USA,as a volunteer i took my son to hospital oneday and explained why we need to serve people for free. ,actually my senior coordinatorwas a 95 years old lady who used to come without fail.&with total dedication making them get up early in the morning and do yogasanas&meditation....(not tht much successfull THOUGH with my kids stillmaking them get up early). Over all All IS well we have to inject the concept in our generation x kids that ARE BHAYYA ALL IS WELL. All power is within you,you can do anything and EVERYTHING.....BE POSITIVE.Teaching positive attitude about life in over all is what is needed.
